Musical Prayer Station with Nabil Huening – Sunday, Aug 11, 2013, 7:30 pm

Update: I regret to inform you that due to personal reasons Nabil will be unable to attend the Musical Prayer Station on Sunday. I hope we can reprise in a couple of months. In the mean time, there will be a regular prayer meeting, same time, same place. ~ Mitko

“Verily, He is the tree of Life that bringeth forth the fruits of God, the Exalted, the Powerful, the Great.” — Bahá’u’lláh

Dear friends!

What nurtures your soul? What makes your heart tender? Prayer, music, fellowship, delectable refreshments, tea poured in peace, banana bread baked with love and shared with a smile? Whatever the answer might be, sharing songs and prayers with friends gets us all closer to the Creator and recharges us for days ahead.
Nabil HueningI invite you and your loves ones on Sunday, August 11th at 7:30 pm to a very special Musical Prayer Station and house concert with Nabil Hueningwho will share an uplifting collection of songs, in English and Mandarin, combining eastern and western elements, inspired by the Bahá’í sacred text: The Hidden Words of Bahá’u’lláh, within which the inner essence of religion is expressed.

Who is Nabil Huening

World citizen Nabil Huening, visiting us via Brazil, China, Hawaii, Maryland and Texas, is a colorful mix of personality, circumstance and situation. An American with a Korean wife and 3 children who sings Chinese folk songs for a living, Nabil is no stranger to public performances and has sung all over China and on the Chinese National TV.

You don’t want to miss his passionate performance! And you should tell your (Chinese or not) friends about it too!

Please let me know if you plan on coming so I can plan the refreshments and send you the directions!
